Altman Lighting, a leader in the design and manufacture of
Entertainment and Architectural Lighting products, seeks skilled
and experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Supervisor - to be
located in Yonkers, NY. At this time position will function as
both oversight and execution.
Successful applicant will provide Inside Sales Supervision and
Support function to Entertainment Lighting Dealers, Electrical
Distributors and Architectural/Commercial Lighting
Representatives. Experience with one or more of these market
segments will be highly desirable. Supervision function, at
this time, will be over no more than 2-3 Inside Sales/Customer
Service agents.
Responsibilities of the department include providing pricing,
light technical support, and delivery estimates to our
customers, as well as order entry, expediting and processing of
return requests, shipping instructions, credits as appropriate.
Quality assurance and oversight of these functions in the
department will be the responsibility and authority of the
position.
CRM/enterprise management system enhances productivity of the
position. Involvement in training and marketing (including
tradeshows, internet, print advertising and establishing
standards) may be available to the successful applicant who has
an interest in those areas.
Compensation/benefits package is highly competitive and

REQUIREMENTS |

Working hours are 9-5, M-F. Professional references
required.

Applicant must be able to manage a high volume of inside
sales activities with a superior degree of
professionalism and courtesy.

Previous experience in Inside Sales/Customer Service is
required, ideally with a manufacturer of lighting
products.

Applicant must be located within commute proximity of our
factory in Yonkers, NY.

Excellent communication and computer skills are required,
including use of Order Entry/Management System as
well as Microsoft Office Suite.
