October 8, 2007 – From Altman Stage Lighting, Yonkers, NY Dear Altman Lighting Dealers and Representatives, Change is the only constant in the modern world, and accordingly we have some new names in our Customer Service Department with whom we would like to make you familiar. We are pleased to announce the following new members of the team: 1. Angel Couto, Customer Service Supervisor, Ext. 144. acouto@altmanlighting.com Angel has worked his entire career, for 18 years, at Altman Lighting in various capacities in several areas of our manufacturing operation, but most recently has run the stockroom where component inventory at Altman Lighting is kept. Angel has earned this opportunity and is excited to take on a new challenge. Please give him your support and cooperation in his new duties. 2. Joey Chella, Customer Service Representative, Ext. 170. jchella@altmanlighting.com Joey has 8 years of commercial customer service experience that is relevant to her duties here at Altman Lighting, in addition to 13 more in retail supervisory and customer service experience. 3. Charles Gaglio, Customer Service Representative, Ext. 145. cgaglio@altmanlighting.com Charlie operated his own “energy efficient lighting sales company” for 27 years, personally handling customer service/sales, before joining Altman Lighting and is an Associate Member of the IES/NA. Many of you are probably already aware that Maryalyce Merritt and Tori Gebbie have followed attractive opportunities to advance their careers at locations closer to their homes. We wish them both the very best going forward, and thank them for their past service to Altman Lighting. For now Joey will be handling accounts formerly assigned to Maryalyce, while Charlie and Angel will be handling the accounts formerly served by Tori. We’ll keep you informed as the department continues to grow and evolve, and our latest contact information can always be found at www.altmanlighting.com. We are pleased to have Angel, Joey and Charlie as new members of our Customer Service Team here at Altman Lighting and look forward to your continuing support of our efforts to provide excellent customer service.
